Brian Horne

Brian Richard Hubert Horne is a third generation funeral director heading up our pre-need department. Brian also serves as the funeral home manager and is the board secretary.

Brian brings much timely knowledge into the daily operations of the firm. A graduate of Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, he has been active in the business since 1992.

Brian lives in Christiansburg with his wife, Amy, and four daughters, Rachel, Grayce, Quinn and Makenna. He is an active member of the Christiansburg Fire Department where he serves as an engineer and 1st vice president of the Southwest Virginia Fire Fighters Association. He also serves as a Life Member of the Shawsville Rescue Squad and an Honorary Member of the Christiansburg Rescue Squad.

He is active in the VA Funeral Directors Association, serving on a convention committee since 2001, is a past president of the Blue Ridge Funeral Directors Association and a member of Independent Funeral Homes of Virginia where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Brian and his family are members of Seneca Baptist Church in Elliston.
