David Nicholas Sisson

David Nicholas Sisson 32 of Shawsville, VA, passed away unexpectedly on October 23, 2023. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, David A. and Maxine Conner Sisson, and Hubert and Virginia Rakes Hodges; and big brother, Jeffrey T. Williams.
Left to cherish his memory are his father and aunt, David 'Kent' Sisson and Kathy Sisson; mother and step-father, Doris H. Sisson and Albert Furrow; brother, James Williams; niece and nephew, Kaylee and Nathan Williams; aunts and uncles, Alan Hodges, Linda Helm, Bobby and Debbie Hodges; and many cousins and friends.
David loved nature and hiking in the mountains with his dog 'Hank'. He was a devoted son and put caring for his family above all else in his life. David loved all the time he spent over the years with Kaylee and Nathan and they were a special part of his life. He was a very caring and loving soul and will be greatly missed by those whose lives he touched.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Sowders Chapel Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Friday, October 27, 2023, from 1-2:00 p.m. at Sowders Chapel Baptist Church, Shawsville. Memorial Services will begin at 2:00 p.m.
