Smith, III and wife, Terri of Floyd, VA; grandson, Trevor Lewis Smith of Floyd, VA; mother, Pearl R. Smith of Christiansburg, VA; sister, Brenda S. Martin & husband, Bobby; brothers, Joey and Matt Smith, both of Christiansburg, VA.
A private family viewing and services will be held on Friday, May 20, 2011.
