RICKBORN, Authur H. 74 of Christiansburg,VA born September 27, 1930 he died Monday, June 27, 2005 at New River Valley Medical Center. Mr. Rickborn was retired from Virginia Tech, and served in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife; Mary Perdue Rickborn, of Christiansburg, two daughters; Michelle and Nicole both of Florida, sister and brother in-law; Marie and Tom Grady of Blacksburg, step daughter; Cindy Crigler of Greensboro, NC, step son; Terry Gillenwater, of Christiansburg, one grandson, four step grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg with Rev. Tom Rice officiating. Their will be no public visitation. In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to Christiansburg Rescue Squad, P.O., Box 176, Christiansburg, VA 24068.
