Barbara Ann Wilson Hinkley

Barbara Ann Wilson Hinkley, 72 of Christiansburg, passed away February 21, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Enzo and Beulah Wilson; and her husband, Thomas Hinkley.

Barbara is survived by her children, Lisa Wilson (Brian), Mike Hinkley (Melissa), Jennifer Hinkley; grandchildren, Laura Wilson (Shane), Haley Duncan (David), Amber Hutchings (Kyle), Michael Hinkley, Jr. (Cassidy), Megan Ratliff (Charles), Jaylin Shepherd (Bryce); sisters, Joy Lee Radford (Bobby), Deborah Bell; 8 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She grew up in Copper Hill, VA, and after marrying Tom she moved to Christiansburg.  She worked at Hills Department Store, Sandstone Market and Food Time stores.   After years of working, she then stayed home to take care of her loving husband Tom.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at New Hope Church of God.  Funeral Services will begin at noon with Pastor T. Michael Bond officiating.   Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
