Barbara Clarke Power, 68, of Shawsville, VA, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Israel Clarke and Dora Levy Clarke; and her husband, Andrew Power.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Haroun & Angela Ghoorahoo, Raschid & Leslie Ghoorahoo, and Sharif Ghoorahoo; and 8 grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2012, at 2:00 pm in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Wes Conner. Interment will follow at the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Cemetery, Shawsville. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
