Barbara Ann Spradling

Barbara Ann Spradling, loving wife and mother, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, leaving behind her husband of eight years, Cecil Spradling; daughter and son-in-law, Fran and Ray Arnold of Hampton, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Janet Barker of Christiansburg; six grandchildren, Chris Barker, Casey Linkous, Devin and Montana Barker, all of Christiansburg, Jennifer Barker, and Joshua Arnold, both of Hampton, VA; numerous great-grandchildren, all of which are going to miss her very much; three brothers, Allen Bland, Edward Bland, both of Christiansburg, and Phillip Bland of Radford; a loving aunt, Louise McGuire; cousin, Fran Cecil both of Dublin; several nieces and nephews; as well as her two loving companions, Penny and CoCo (her two Dachsunds).

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 5, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Virgil McHone officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
