Betty Bryant

Bryant, Betty Jane Lovern, 78, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2010. She was born December 1, 1931 to the late Mark J. and Ada Martin Lovern. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Bryant.

She had a big heart and loved her family. She is survived by four daughters, Karen Pearman of Christiansburg, VA, Diane Lovern of Nashville, TN, Brenda Price and husband Paul of Christiansburg, VA, and Patricia Harmon and husband Brad of Christiansburg, VA; two step-sons, Doug Bryant and wife Ella Mae of Blacksburg, VA and Dennis and wife Joe Bryant of Pulaski, VA; one step-daughter, Wanda King and husband David of Christiansburg; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, a special ex-son-in-law, Ray Davis of Fayetteville, TN, and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 26, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 at Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of Horne Funeral Home on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 2:00. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
