BLEVINS, CALVIN ELWOOD ?WOODY?, 59, of Christiansburg, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 12, 2006 from Lewis-Gale Hospital.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Janice Long Blevins; daughter & son-in-law, Lisa & JC Grubb, Christiansburg; son & daughter-in-law, Mark Albert & Joyce Blevins, Christiansburg; grandchildren, Courtney Grubb, Emily Blevins & Nicholas Blevins, all of Christiansburg; one sister & brother-in-law, Yvonne & James Nuckols, Dublin; mother-in-law, Mary Long, Christiansburg; sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Sharon & Wayne Akers, Christiansburg, Sandra & Phillip Hawks, Dublin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces & great nephews.

Visitation will be held at Horne Funeral Service from 5-8 Thursday, September 14th. Funeral services will be at the Horne Funeral Chapel at 11 a.m. Friday, September 15th with Pastor Stan Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
