C. Dane Bobbitt
June 20, 1964 — October 27, 2016
On Thursday, October 27, 2016, C. Dane Bobbitt, most precious and beloved son of Patricia Bobbitt Hubbard (Frank) and C. Ted Bobbitt (Lynn), left this earthly life in the arms of his mom and presence of family.
Dane was born on June 20, 1964. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Jessie Bobbitt, and Kirby and Edith Phillips. In addition to his parents, he is survived brothers, Stuart A. Bobbitt (Karen) and Derek A. Bobbitt (Chance); nieces and nephew, Brittany, Shannon, and Brandon. Also surviving is his special companion, Amanda Stump; and best buddy Grendel Dawg; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
We would like to express special thanks to Good Samaritan Hospice.
The Visitation will be held on Monday, October 31, 2016, from 5-6 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home, with the Memorial Service to immediately follow in the Chapel at 6 p.m. An outdoor service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Good Samaritan Hospice or the Montgomery County SPCA in Dane’s memory.
