Catlyn Marea Wilhelm

Catlyn Marea Wilhelm, 20 of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2022. Catlyn was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nora Heffron; grandfather, Roy Wilhelm; and her uncle, Randall Price.
Born October 25, 2001, Catlyn was a bright light to everyone she met. She enjoyed singing, drawing and making others laugh. She leaves behind a beautiful daughter and the love of her life, Brooklynn age 2. Also left to cherish her memory is her mother Christi Wilhelm and Larry Smith of Shawsville; father, Jimmy Heffron of Shawsville; brother, Ethan and Amber Wilhelm of Christiansburg; and sister, Morgan Ciarah Combs of Shawsville. Catlyn also leaves behind her special grandparents, Kathy and Randy Beasley of Christiansburg; grandparents, James Heffron and Connie Horne; “great” aunt, Darlene and Don Whalen; step-siblings, Brett and Brooke Smith; aunts, Jessica and Cory Wright of Salem, and Lynn Heffron of Shawsville; as well as many, many friends.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday, August 12, 2022, at 6 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home.
