Chang Wei Tsu (Charlie) passed away on August 29, 2013, at Warm Hearth Village, Blacksburg.
Charlie was born in China on August 26, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. He is survived by his wife, Mary Hsieh; a niece, Zuling Gong and her husband Weiping; and numerous friends.
Charlie owned several Chinese restaurants including The Sunrise House in Blacksburg and Charlie’s Chinese Restaurant in Christiansburg. Charlie never met a stranger and offered to help those less fortunate. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Per Charlie’s request there will be no visitation or other services. He wished to be cremated and his cremains buried in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, at a later date.
