Charles Perry Franks, 73, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at his home, with his wife, Kay; and sons, Perry and Jerry, beside him.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be greatly missed…
The family wishes to thank Amedisys Hospice Care for their assistance during these past six months.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 10, 2016, from 12-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will held directly after at 2 p.m. in the Chapel, with Troy Mays officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mr. Franks’ name to Cambria Baptist Church or Montgomery Museum, where Charles volunteered.
