Christopher Scott Dickenson

Christopher Scott Dickenson, 42, of Christiansburg, formerly of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2015. He was a United States Naval Veteran. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Col. (retired) and Mrs. Robert L. Dickenson, Sr. and Dr. and Mrs. E. Scott Elliott; and a sister, Dena Suzanne Dickenson.

Survivors include his parents, Robert and Scottie Dickenson of Christiansburg; brother, Benjamin David Dickenson; and sister, Julia Valera Dickenson, of the home; daughters, Brooke and Shelby Dickenson of Virginia Beach, VA; a special friend, Heather Avery of Roanoke; aunt, Mary Ann Wine and her husband Paul; uncle, Ross and wife Sandy Dickenson; several special cousins; and a special niece, Carly Ann Elizabeth Sadler of Duluth, GA.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 24, 2015, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, with the Memorial Service to begin at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow with full military honors at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.
