Colton Ty Gillespie of Christiansburg passed away July 22, 2017.
He was preceded in death by grandfather, Albert Gillespie; uncle, Jeff Gillespie; and great-grandparents, Stuart “Paw English and Opal “Maw” English. He is survived by parents, John David Gillespie and Devin Shea Lambert; brothers, Mason James Gillespie and William Samuel Gillespie; sister, Charley Shea Lambert; maternal grandparents, Kevin and Missy English; paternal grandmother, Ann Gillespie; great grandparents, Bill and Hilda Walls; cousins, Hayden Cosner, Jacob Cosner, Riley Cosner, Cooper English and Kaytlin Shaver; aunts, Trista Cosner, Danielle English, Angela Shaver and Cathy Gillespie; and uncles, Johnny Cosner, Wayne Gillespie, Chad Gillespie, Tony Gillespie and Steven Gillespie.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Horne Funeral Home, the staff at Maternal-Fetal Medicine and the wonderful nursing staff and physicians at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
His body was received and celebrated by his loving family, while his spirit was born into the arms of Jesus Christ. Ty, we love you with all of our hearts and soul. Love, Mommy and Daddy
