Dale R. Hall, 50 of Christiansburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013.
He is survived by his wife, Lou Ann Shrader Hall; daughters, Danielle Hall, Victoria Hall, and Robin Wirt; parents, Graham V. & Carolyn Fox Hall; sister, Deanna Hall Linkous (Mark); nephews, Blake and Joshua Linkous, all of Christiansburg; as well as many other family and friends.
Dale graduated from Christiansburg High School in 1980, and attended New River Community College, then graduated from Cardinal Criminal Justice Training Center. He was employed by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Radford Police Department, and was currently employed as a security officer at the Radford Arsenal. Dale was a member of the Belmont Christian Church and enjoyed reading, being with his family and watching movies. Most importantly, though, he was an amazing Dad to his girls. He was a fun loving & positive influence to his nephews.
The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors and staff of Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, 8th floor Mountain ICU for their care of Dale.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 12, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 13th at 11 a.m. at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Jim Bayne, Minister and Mr. Beaver Terry officiating. Interment will follow in Belmont Cemetery, Christiansburg.
