Daniel Wayne Loveday, of Radford, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at the age of 46. He was the beloved son of Allan Wayne and Judith Gardner Loveday, who were able to comfort him in his time of need.
While his life was cut all too short, he was able to experience the joys of being a father and grandfather. He leaves behind daughter, Elizabeth Thornton and her husband Justin, and their son Jacob and expected daughter; son, Justin Loveday; step-daughter, Alesha Cooper and her husband Robert, and their daughter, Chloey. For the last several years Daniel has received the unconditional friendship and support of Judy Bebe – she truly made a positive impact on his life. Daniel is also survived by his three siblings, Timothy Loveday, Melissa Loveday, Benjamin Loveday, and their families.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, from 5-7 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Memorial Service will follow in the Chapel, with Rev. Knox Wimberly officiating. Daniel will be interred in the Gardner Family Cemetery, Dugspur, VA, on Thursday, October 19, 2017, in a private family service.
Daniel knew the importance of helping those in need without reservation and without judgment.
