Debra Kinsley

Debra Jean Cox Bostic Kinsley, more affectionately known as ‘Debbie’ by her family, of Christiansburg, VA, passed away on November 6, 2023. She was born to the late John W. and Marinda Cox.
Besides her mother & father, Debbie is preceded in death by her sister Barbara Sutphin and brothers Van Douglas and Jerry Cox. Brother-In-Law Ronnie Graham and her husband, R.G. Bostic.
Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Gary F. Kinsley. Stepchildren, Rusty Bostic (Marsha) and Tammy Sanders (Willy). Sister, Rosemary Graham, Sister-In-Law Alice Cox, Brother-In-Law Barry Sutphin and many nieces and nephews. Grandchildren, Clare, Russ, Sarina and Breanna and great
granddaughter Ashlyn. Her kitty Mittens.
Debbie worked for the court system almost all her life. Ending her career as the Clerk of Court at Radford City. Debbie, from the age of 10, has been a devout member of her church, Harbor of Hope. She was a long-time member of the choir and participated in many mission trips, plays and gatherings.
Debbie offered unconditional love for her family, co-workers and friends. She never spoke an unkind word about anyone. To know Debbie was to love her.
The family would like to express appreciation and many thanks to the Blue Ridge Cancer Care team and nurses and doctors at Montgomery Regional Hospital. For the gentle care with which Debbie was provided, we are forever grateful.
The family will receive friends on Monday November 13, 2023 from 12-2pm at Horne Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Harbor of Hope Church, P.O. Box 6264, Christiansburg, VA 24068 would be appreciated.
