Donald Eugene Linkous

Donald Eugene Linkous, 60, of Christiansburg, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Linkous.

Donald is survived by his wife of 32 years, Krista Rowland Linkous; children, Kelli Linkous and Matt Shepherd, James Linkous and Racheal Smith; grandchildren, Sophia Shepherd, Grayson Linkous, and grandbaby #3 on the way; mother, Shirley Shepherd; sisters, AnnVaughn, Sharon Sheppard, Penny and Jeremy Smith; as well as many other family and friends.

Donald worked at Volvo in Dublin and in his free time enjoyed riding his Harley and working on his farm.

Visitation will be Friday, August 17, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 2 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Dallas Vines and Pastor Jamie Hutton officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering will be held after the Graveside Service at Belmont Community Center.
