Dorothy Sue Compton Willis

Dorothy Compton Willis, 72, of Clover, South Carolina passed away March 2, 2017.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her brothers, Jeff and Wayne Compton; sister, Theda Compton Webster; and parents, Rufus and Ruby Compton.

She is survived by her husband, Teddie Willis; daughters, Karen Garnand of Christansburg, VA; and Andie Garnand of Boulder, Colorado; step-children, Teddie Willis of Clover, SC, Shane Willis and wife Ginger of Clover, SC; grandchildren, Eric Dunlap and Taylor Dunlap of Boulder, CO, Teddie Willis Jr. of Christansburg, VA, Ashley Willis of Iron Station, NC, and Christopher Willis of Atlanta, GA; brothers, K.G Compton, of Christansburg, VA; sisters-in-law, Joy Compton, Mary Compton, Sydney Compton all of Christansburg VA, and Judy and Charles Teague, of Kings Mountain, NC. She had great love for her two poodles, Cricket and Lacy.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on, Monday, March 6, 2017 at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at North Fork Baptist Church, 905 Lusters Gate RD, Blacksburg, with Pastor Danny Collins officating. Interment to follow in North Fork Cemetery.
