Sheppard, Elizabeth Mae, 84, of Radford, VA, passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew J. and Birdie Bond Sheppard.
She is survived by many cousins, community and church friends and extended family and neighbors, Charlie and Evangeline Taylor and their children. A special thanks to everyone who helped with Elizabeth’s care over the years.
The family will receive friends from 1p.m.-2p.m., Monday, November 29, 2010 at the Horne Funeral Home, with a funeral service following at 2 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Stan Thompson and Rev. Sebert Rorrer officiating. Interment will follow in the Akers Family Cemetery.
