SPRADLING, VIRGINIA ELIZABETH A. (GINGER), age 60, wife of Cecil E. Spradling, Jr., passed away at her home in Salem, VA on Saturday, September 10, 2005.
She was the daughter of the late James F. Allen of Christiansburg, Virginia.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Spradling is survived by her mother, Mary P. (Rena) Allen, Christiansburg, VA; mother-in-law, Elsie G. Spradling, Oak Ridge, TN; four aunts, Carol Pauley, Akron, OH; Loretta (Paul) Baechtel and Julia P. Haines, Littlestown, PA and Bertha Pauley, Hanover, PA; two uncles, Allen (Marie) Duncan, Gettysburg, PA and Harvey (Rose) Duncan, Sommerville, SC; brother-in-law Jerry (Debbie) Spradling, Moneta, VA; sisters-in-law, Nancy (Dick) Brown, Oakridge, TN and Cecilia (Vonley) Cole, WV; numerous cousins including Juanita W. Trott and Barbara J. Waller, both of Blacksburg, VA; many nieces and nephews.
Those wishing to pay their respects may visit at the home of Mary P. (Rena) Allen 2081 Dominion Drive, Christiansburg.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2005 at the Horne Funeral Home in Christiansburg. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Christiansburg with Rev. James Bayne and Pastor Everett (Dusty) Etter officiating. Burial will follow at the cemetery. The Spradling Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg.
