ELLETT, MINNIE ELIZABETH (GRANNY), age 97, of Christiansburg passed away Sunday, April 10, 2005.
She was the widow of the late Robert T. Ellett. She was a member of the St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Guy F. & Juanita H. Ellett of Radford; grandchildren, Kevin Ellett of Christiansburg; Colleen & Kyle Farmer of Charlotte, NC; step grandson, Keith Spence and wife, Helen of Christiansburg; great grandchildren, Matt Ellett and Travis Ellett; step great grandsons, Gus Farmer, Michael Spence and David Spence; sisters, Ora Mae Daugherty and Virginia Gibson, both of Christiansburg.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2005 at the St. Thomas Episcopal Church with Rev. Phyllis Spiegel officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery. The Ellett Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, (382-2612).
