Eric Todd Wiltsee, 48, of Christiansburg, passed away on August 6, 2013. Eric was born in Radford, VA, on September 30, 1964.
Eric was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Donald L. Wiltsee and Josephine Groseclose Wiltsee; his maternal grandparents, Clarence Bishop and Maxine Howery Bishop; and his uncle, Ronald Bishop.
Eric is survived by his daughter, Alexandra Marie Wiltsee; his mother, Lynda Bishop Nelson and husband Kenneth; father, Charles S. Wiltsee and wife Sarah of Danville, KY; brothers, Kevin Wiltsee and wife Crystal of Radford, VA, Christopher Emery and wife Monica of San Diego, CA and Shannon Emery of Silver Springs, MD; and sisters, Ashley Nelson of Christiansburg, Lisa Norton and husband Wayne of Dallas, TX, and Beth Lawrence and husband Larry of Burnet, TX; aunt, Ann W. Phillips & husband Chet; uncle, William P. Wiltsee & wife Pat; great-aunt, Norma Howery Balling; as well as several nieces. Eric is also survived by many friends, including his former wife and mother of his daughter, Alex, as well as business associates.
Eric graduated from Christiansburg High School and attended NRCC. He was the proud owner of Car Force, located between Christiansburg and Blacksburg.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 10, 2013, from 3-5 p.m. at Horne Funeral Service. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 6 p.m. at Car Force. There will be a graveside service on Monday, August 12, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
