Eva Shaver

SHAVER, EVA LINKOUS, age 59, of Christiansburg passed away Saturday, March 19, 2005. She was preceded in death by Ricky Dowdy, her companion of 19 years.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Micky and Judy Quesenberry of Fayetteville, NC; Eddie & Laura Quesenberry of Greensboro, NC; Angelia Q. & D. R. Mans of Christiansburg; mother, Eva Herndon of Bristol, VA; sisters & brothers-in-law, Lorine & Ed Lane of TN; Claudine & Ron Albey of Arkansas; Tina & Pete Denmyer of Maryland; Bobbie & Tim Powers of Maryland; grandchildren, Michael, Daniel, Christopher, Jeremy, Jason, Keith, Seth and Bram Quesenberry; Johnathon Whitehead, Terry Mans; special friends, Barbara and Bobby Collier.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 24, 2005 at the Merrimac Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Jerry Sloss officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The Shaver Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, (382-2612).
