Evelyn Graham

GRAHAM, EVELYN FRANCES SMITH, age 84, of Christiansburg, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2005. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Edward and Sarah Dickerson Smith.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Nile Graham, Sr., sisters, Belva Lee Hall; Mildred Ernestine Quick; brothers, Charlie Edward Smith, Jr., William Darvis Smith, and Walter Benson Smith.

Survivors include her daughters & sons-in-law, Aretta & Don Moran of Salem; Joyce and George Akers of Christiansburg; Shirley & Roger Ferguson of Salem; sons and daughters-in-law, Marvin, Jr. & Rebecca Graham of Christiansburg; Tony & Sharon Graham of Christiansburg; 26 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren, two sisters & brothers-in-law, Thelma & Earl Epperly of Roanoke; Darlene & Billy Graham of Salem; sisters-in-law, Marie Smith of Roanoke and Louise F. Smith of Christiansburg; brother-in-law, Edgar O. Graham of Salem, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Burrell D. Baker and Rev. Ed Watkins officiating. Interment will follow in Den Hill Cemetery.
