Fannie Spradlin Hamil

HAMIL, FANNIE LIGHT SPRADLIN, age 80, of Blacksburg, formerly Fannie Light Spradlin of Salem, went to her home with Jesus Monday, March 28, 2005.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac Albert and Luemma Mae Light and her husband of 49 years, Wilson L. Spradlin. Survivors include her son, Jim L. Spradlin of Christiansburg; her daughter, Nancy Huffman of Christiansburg; brothers, Archie Light of Christiansburg; Ray Light of Salem; sister, Bonnie Hinkley of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Lisa H. Altizer of Christiansburg, Jeffrey Huffman of Christiansburg; Jimmie Spradlin, Jr. of PA; Jammie Spradlin, Joshua Spradlin of Roanoke, Eddie Osborn, Janice Wade Meeks, Melissa Nedoszytko; and 14 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Jerry Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
