STAFFORD, FRANCES MARIAN ?SIS?, age 87, of Christiansburg passed away Monday, July 25, 2005 at Montgomery Regional Hospital.
She was born January 13, 1918 in Trigg, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late, Warren P. & Roxie J. Stafford. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, C. T. ?Pete? Stafford and her sister, Ruth S. Creech. She was a member of the St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her nephews, Robert A. Creech of Arlington Heights, IL; Steven P. Creech and his wife Sherry of Virginia Beach, VA; sister-in-law, Stella W. Stafford of Salem, VA; special cousin and spouse, Tony & Kim Eaton of Pearisburg; special friends, Lillian ?Boots? Kinzie and Jean Woodyard both of Christiansburg and several cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 30th, 2005 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Goodpasture officiating. Interment will follow in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The Stafford Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg (382-2612).
