Franklin Donald Hartman, 75 of Elliston died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at his home.
Franklin was a long time member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 100. He is survived by his wife; Shirley Ann Hartman, one step daughter, eleven other children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the Horne Funeral Home. Per his request Mr. Hartman will be cremated following his visitation. The family request in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to the Shawsville Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 14, Shawsville, VA 24162.
