Freda Dove

Freda Diane Meredith Dove, 57, of Christiansburg, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Jackson Dove; and her parents, Albert Cecil and Reba Akers Meredith. She is survived by her son, Andy Dove; granddaughter, Nikki Dove; siblings and their spouses, Terry and David Light, Darlene and John Wirt, Debra and Sam Kittinger, Beverly McGuire, Eldon Meredith, and Jason and Erica Meredith; brother-in-law, Charles Dove and wife Jackie; sister-in-law, Janice Beiber and husband, Len; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Thank you to her Carilion Hospice care team and all of her friends and customers at Joco Mart for their love and support during her illness.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 9, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. at Riverview Holiness Church, North Fork Road, Christiansburg. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Riverview Holiness Church, conducted by her brother, Jason Meredith, Rev. Ellis Meredith, and Rev. Wes Conner. Interment will follow in the Akers Family Cemetery, Christiansburg.
