REED, Glenn Calvert, 79 of Christiansburg, Passed away, November 24, 2008.
He is survived by his wife; Eloise Reed, son; Guy Reed, grandson; Matthew Reed, great grandson; Davis Reed, sister; Iletta Slusher, nephew Mike Slusher, and step-daughter and her husband; Becky and John Hundley.
The family will receive friends at The Horne funeral Home, Friday, November 28, 2008 from 9 – 11 a.m. The funeral service will be held in The Horne Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Friday with Pastor Max Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Bluefield, VA.
The family request that no flowers be sent and that memorial contributions be made to Leukemia Society or your local food bank.
