Helen W. Dillard

Helen W. Dillard, 93 of Elliston, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Helen has now joined her husband Elmer Lee Dillard. She is survived by her children Brenda and Doug Yopp of Salem, VA. Darlene and Steve Evers of Chandler, AZ. Lee and Diania Dillard of Willis VA. Barbara Dillard and Debra Dillard, both of Elliston VA; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Good Samaritan Hospice and her care givers that came to her home for all their care for her.
The visitation will be held on Monday, October 9,2023 from 6-8 pm at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service to follow at Huffville Cemetery.
