Jackie Gallimore

Jackie Sue Gallimore (Nanny), 62 of Christiansburg, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Lane and Dorothy Ann Shumaker; son, Jacky Lane Woolwine; and sister, Frances Ann Berry. She is survived by her husband, Walter Alvin Gallimore; sons, Roger Dale Woolwine, Jr. and Billy Joe Woolwine; daughters, Sandy Jean Pope and Missy Dawn Woolwine; grandchildren, Roger Dale Woolwine III, Bryan Austin Woolwine, Joey Ray Canupp, J J Bryan Lang Jr, Justin Dewayne Pope, Mindy Sue Woolwine, Stephanie Jo Woolwine, Maddy Kayley Justus, Makenzie Page Woolwine, and Conley Michael Hamm; great-grandchildren, Daniel Logan Pope, Mason Cole Mize, Jaxson Lane Woolwine, Jacob Allen Harris, Brooklyn Jade Jones, and Jordan Scott Allen; and best friend, Diana Harrison.

Sue enjoyed fishing, Nascar, football, cooking, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a former bus driver and ex chicken mommy.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with T. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
