WOODS, James Edward 79 of Christiansburg, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home, Blacksburg.
He is survived by his sister; Pearl Stump, and a special niece, Christine Harrell.
The funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday, March 23, in the Horne Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in the Dudley Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
A memorial service will then be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2009 at The Wheatland Retirement Home in Christiansburg with Evangelist C.P. Harrell, Jr. officiating.
