Jerry Lee Holdren

Jerry Lee Holdren, age, 78 of Willis, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Smith Holdren, and Agnes Carner Holdren; wife, Lydia Elizabeth Holdren; son, Jerry Lee Holdren, Jr.; daughter, Beverly Lynne Holdren-Harris; and brother, Geroge S. “Butch” Holdren, Jr.

He is survived by his sister, Beverly Quinn; son, Brian Holdren; grandsons, Tyler Harris, William Holdren, and Thomas Holdren; granddaughter, Tessa Harris; along with many nieces and nephews. 

Jerry was an avid lover of cars, and he worked on them for a long portion of his life from paint jobs to taking them apart and putting them back together. He was a devoted member of the Church of Christ in Radford, VA. He loved to tell stories and making people laugh. He also loved to play the piano, be it Hymns or just banging on the keys. In his later years he would visit Radford Rehab to play the piano for the residents. 

The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at Lewis Gale Pulaski, who treated him with love and respect at the end. Also, to the family and friends who have reached out to help us during this difficult time.
