John Thomas Bonn

John Thomas Bonn, 60, of Christiansburg, VA went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his father, Pastor Tom Bonn; brother, Timothy Bonn; and niece Hillary Bonn.
He is survived by his mother, Elsie Bonn of Radford, VA; sister-in-law, Sherry Bonn; nephew, Charles Bonn (Lauren) of Maryland; aunts and uncles, Ruth (James) Henigan, Jim (Donna) Boyer John (Nancy) Boyer, all of Pennsylvania; several cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
John was employed at Kroger in Blacksburg, VA for 11 years where he enjoyed working and had many friends there. He also had friends at Radford Health and Rehab where he faithfully visited his mother who resides there and many friends throughout the NRV.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center in Radford for the care for John and all others who helped him and his mother during this time.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 11:00 am until 12:00 at Horne Funeral Home and the funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 with Pastor James Henigan officiating.
