MARSHALL, JOHN COX, age 49, of Christiansburg, passed away Wednesday, October 5, 2005.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kelly Floyd Marshall. Survivors include his son, Paul Joseph Doyle of Ft. Sam Houston, TX; Sherry Doyle of Abingdon, VA; his mother, Lizzie Mae Marshall; brothers, Kelly Marshall of Wytheville, VA; Danny Marshall of Pulaski; sisters, Pauline Marshall and Nancy Ives both of Blacksburg, VA; significant other, Mary Sturdivant.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8th at the Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, October 9th at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dale Akers officiating. Interment will follow in the Howard Cemetery. The Marshall Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, (382-2612).
