PROCO, JUDY BRUMFIELD, age 57, went to be with her Lord and Savior June 12, 2005 at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Irene B. and Trigg J. Brumfield.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Ronnie; a brother, Stephen J. Brumfield and wife, Revonda; her nephew, S. Thomas Brumfield whom she loved very, very much; brothers-in-law and their wives, John & Jo Proco, Wendell & Joyce Proco; sisters-in-law and husband, Rita & Vernon Linkous and Mary Woolwine. She also leaves behind her many special cousins, aunts and friends.
Judy retired from Belk Department Store with 37 years of service. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, (Den Hill).
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday June 14, at the Horne Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held at Horne Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Burrell Baker and Dr. Charles Tullis officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family request that instead of flowers donations be made to Christiansburg Rescue Squad, P. O. Box 176; Christiansburg, VA 24068. The Proco Family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, (382-2612).
