Julia Garlick Phillips

Julia Garlick Phillips, 58, of Dublin, VA passed away October 31, 2017. She was born October 14, 1959 to the late Joseph Douglas Garlick and Reba Montgomery Farmer. Julia was also preceded in death by her sisters, Joanne Garlick Wheeler, Jennifer Garlick Hosey; and brother, Joseph D. Garlick Jr.

Julia is survived by her husband of 21 years, Wilmer David Phillips Jr; children, Amanda Poff (Jason Landrum) and Lindsey Poff (Corey); grandchildren, Jade and Anastasia; sisters, Jackie Garlick Hall (Joseph), Judy Garlick Huff (James), Joyce Garlick (Ed Derhum); brother-in-law, Chuck Wheeler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 3, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017, 2 p.m. in Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tommy Mills officiating. Graveside service will follow in the Garlick Family Cemetery in Ironto, Virginia.
