Kathleen Linkous Thomas

Kathleen Thomas, 97 of Christiansburg, went to her heavenly home on March 11, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar ‘Bud’ Thomas; parents, Arthur and Nina Linkous; children, Charlene Dowdy (Irvin), Patricia Jones (Bill), Linda Thomas, Edwina ‘Cricket’ Crouse, (Gary)Michael Thomas (Rebe); and grandchild, Laura Roe and a great-great grandchild Hayden Quesenberry.

Kathleen is survived by her son, Ricky Thomas (Lois); daughter, Vicky Jones (Jerry), brother Stanley Linkous; grandchildren Tracy Smith (Chris), Cheryl Dowdy (Steve), Tami Hall (Calvin), Larry Dowdy Jr., Sheri Parsons (Chuck), Jimmy Shepherd (Natascha), Jeff Shepherd (Angi), Trina Greear (Scott), Gary Crouse Jr. (Elizabeth), Ashley LoPresti (Salvatore), Steven Thomas (Hettie), Heath Thomas (Kim), Angela Shrewsberry (Cory), Heather Lovern (Aaron), Sheridan Smith (Johny), Adam Thomas (Kristen), Phillip Thomas (Katelyn), Stacy Nester (Brian), Juliana Lima, Ciara Dalton (Rodney), Kelsey Cole (Tyler), Ryan Frazier (Tiffany). Along with many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren. She has several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. 

Kathleen was a faithful member of Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church for over 30 years.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon at Cambria Pentecostal Holiness Church. Funeral Services will begin at noon with Pastors Jason Vaughn, Jube Burk, and Simon Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
