Keith David Haskins

Keith David Haskins, 64, of Christiansburg, VA, formerly of Danville, VA, went to be with the Lord on September 20th surrounded by his family and friends at his home. He was an appliance repairman for many years at Tarpleys and Macs in Salem, VA. Keith had a passion for playing guitar and for music in general. He faithfully served the Lord by participating in music ministries for many years. Keith was a friend to everyone, never met a stranger and was sure to make you feel welcome.

He was preceded in death by his father, John David Haskins, and is survived by his mother, Helen Adkins Haskins.
Keith is survived by his wife, Vickie Haskins; son, David Haskins and wife, Amber; daughter, Kristen Rogers and husband, James Abbott; daughter, Jessie Haskins and significant other, Brad Fisher; grandchildren, Hunter Haskins, Hayden Abbott, Cash Taylor, Brody Haskins, Embry Taylor, Emilyn Haskins; brother, Barry Haskins and wife, Joy; sister, Janice Breedlove and husband, George; many beloved nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 23 from 4 to 7 at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Monday, September 24 at 11 a.m. at Christiansburg Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, Christiansburg Baptist Church or Hope Valley Church.
