Latner Wade Hooper

Latner Wade Hooper passed away on Sunday October 7, 2018. He was a member of New Hope Church of God. Wade was a NASCAR fan and Dale Earnhardt was his favorite driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Fay Hooper and a brother, Larry Hooper. Wade is survived by his spouse, Lorie Hooper; son, best friend & light of his life, Christopher Boyd Hooper; step mother, Ruby Hooper, niece, Nicole Hooper and many aunts, uncles, cousins and church family. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 10 from 1 to 2 p.m. at New Hope Church of God. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the church with Rev. T. Michael Bond and Rev. Scott Obenchain officiating. Interment will follow in Den Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Horne Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
