Lois T. McGuyer

Lois T. McGuyer, 86, of Christiansburg passed away on August 11, 2017. She worked many years in school cafeterias in Montgomery County.
Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell T. McGuyer. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Kenley and husband, Bobby; granddaughter, Chelsie McClung and husband, Will; grandson, Lucas Kenley; very special granddog, Sophie; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of Commonwealth Senior Living at Radford for their loving care during Lois’ last years with us.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, August 13 at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 14 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Neil Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Memorial donations may be made in Lois’ name to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
