Louise Fulcher Smith

March 9, 1922 — July 18, 2015

Louise Fulcher Smith, 93, of Christiansburg, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 18, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fitzhugh and Lottie Adams; first husband, Roy Jennings Fulcher; second husband, Charlie Smith; four sisters; and two brothers.

Louise is survived by her daughter, Nancy Trump and husband Jack; son, Bill ‘Punky’ Fulcher and wife Pat; grandchildren, Ann St.Clair and husband Terry, Randy Fulcher, and Kristal Fulcher and significant other, Chris Roop; great-grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Bradley, Canaan, and Morgan; brothers, Ed Adams and wife Carol, and Russ Adams and wife Brenda; special friend, Mary Eanes; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Louise was a hard worker, a great mom and grandmother. She loved people and never met a stranger.

The family would like to say thank you to the staff of English Meadow and Carilion Hospice for their continued love and care.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015, from 5-7 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at 11 a.m. in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kenneth Kingrea officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
