SUMMERS, MARGERY ELLEN, age 86, of Riner, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Montgomery Regional Hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John W. Summers; sisters and brother, Evelyn Shivers, Jim Goodenough, and Lynn Goodenough all of London, England; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Georgia and Robert Fowler, Vina Holliman; special nieces and husbands, Janice and David Forbes, Ellen and Toby Hedge, Betty and Daniel Parish, Sandra and Denny Adams.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 Thursday at the Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 23, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Everett Shepherd and Rev. Jube Burk with interment to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
