Nannie (Nan) Elizabeth Payne, 69, of Elliston, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at her residence.
Surviving are her children, Mike Bell (Cindy), Janice Caswell & fiancé, Robert Clark, Sandra Gallimore (Gary) and Jason Payne; sisters, Marie Ransom, Evelyn Ollis, Carolyn Louise; grandchildren, Selena (Daniel), Eric, Ethan & fiancée Sarah, Brian (Sheena), Dana (Chad), Matthew, Christopher, Anthony, Shawn and Brooke; great-grandchildren, Bryan, Kacey, Cameron, Haylynn, Ashlynn, Tyler, Danaka, and Cydney; and special friends, Debbie Daffner, Mr. & Mrs. Bob Wickline.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Witten and staff for the many years of loving care.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday, October 15, 2012, at Horne Funeral Home, Christiansburg. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 16th at 2 pm at the Harbor of Hope Pentecostal Holiness Church conducted by Rev. Richard Kingrea, with interment to follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Roanoke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in honor of Nan to the Harbor of Hope Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2720 Roanoke Street, Christiansburg, VA 24073.
