Nannie Taylor

TAYLOR, NANNIE RUTH, age 79, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, June 11, 2007. She was preceded in death by her parents, Merdie and Vernie Mannon; her son, James Preston Taylor; a brother, Robert Mannon. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 57 years, Allen C. Taylor of Christiansburg; sons and daughter-in-law, Junior & Joyce Taylor of North Carolina; and Charles E. Taylor of Christiansburg; grandchildren, Rex Allen Taylor, Jody Taylor, Allen Wayne Taylor and Kimberley Taylor; sisters-in-law, Nellie Wood of Christiansburg and Edna Gearhart of Pilot; many nieces, nephews, cousins, an aunt and daughter-in-law, Nellie Taylor. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Horne Funeral Service. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Trinity United Methodist Church with Pastor Stan Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Cemetery.
