Patricia Jones

Jones, Patricia G., age 65, of Christiansburg, VA, passed from this life into her new home on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital with family by her side. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Manuel L. Jones; parents, William and Cora Graham; sister, Margaret Harris and brother, Bud Graham. She is survived by her son, Charles Garrett Jones, her daughter-in-law, Jenny and only grandson, whom she adored, Noah L. Jones. Also surviving her are a sister and brother-in-law, Annabell and Bob Trueblood, of the Chesepeake area, and Nancy Martin, of Dublin; sister-in-law, Wanda and her husband, James R. Terry, Sr., of Dublin, VA, sister-in-law, Mary Compton, of Christiansburg, VA; and one brother-in-law, Marcus Jones, of Roanoke, VA. She has numerous nieces, nephews and friends still surviving her as well. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 11, 2010 from 6p.m.-8p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 at the Alleghany Church of Christ, Christiansburg, VA, at 11 a.m. with James (Beaver) Terry, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg, VA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Christiansburg Rescue Squad in her memory.
