SHIFFLETTE, PAULINE WEEKS, age 90, formerly of Christiansburg, VA passed away Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008.
The daughter of the late Granville D. and Maude D. Weeks, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Nat S. Shifflette.
She is survived by her children, Stephen and Sara; three grandchildren.
She was an active member of Main Street Baptist Church and spent the majority of her life in Christiansburg. She served as a Gray Lady with the American Red Cross during World War II.. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice.
The family will receive friends prior to the service at Main Street Baptist Church. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Main Street Baptist Church conducted by Dr. A. Timothy Hight with interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
