Robert Walter Durham 72, of Radford, Va. formerly of Tabernacle, NJ and Bedford, Va., passed away Monday, May 29, 2017. He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Anderson Durham; parents, James H. Durham, Sr. and Anna E. Durham; brothers, Charles Duncan and William Durham.
He is survived by his daughter Lorie Lyn Thompson (Teddy); brother, James Durham, Jr.; sisters, Doris Wills, Anna Severs, Lauretta Hatch, Nancy Birtell; and his beloved dog, Maxie.
The family would like to thank Carilion Home Health, Carilion Hospice, and nurse Janet Carr-Hunt. At the request of the family, services are private and will be held at a later date.
